I noticed that IPSOS is offering the credit card inquiry shops as See Level and at the same addresses, same fee, and the same scenario. The two companies are not related as far as I know. Would be nice to pick up two at once, but guess that would not be ethical.
Not only unethical, but if the same client is using two different MSCs and gets two reports (one from each) with the same dates/times, that would be a bigger problem. I am sure the client would notify the MSCs and you would probably be deactivated.
other than a date restriction ("can't have been at this location within x amount of days, etc."
and if this scenario is treated like 2 assignments with different times what is the problem? using the same report for both assignments would not be good but using both as stand alone ones? i fail to see the problem.
