ProductPickup

Anyone ever heard of Superior Product Pickup Service (www.productpickup.com)? Are they legit? The girl called me today and said they "pay" for things with a cash advance, then provide prepaid labels to send the items to them and then you submit an expense report once the shop is completed. They're asking for a W9 and direct deposit info, and she said they've "been around for over 30 years" so they seem legit, at least from a distance.

I have shopped for them since 2009. I have a regular once a month rotation for a client. Once you are in a rhythm, it is not hard to complete the task. They will rarely (at least to me) have extra projects. I find that Bob, David and Ellie are helpful and communicate well.

Totally legit. I have shopped for them for the past couple years, and they are great to work with, and pay in a timely manner.
For the last 10+ years they have shown a project in my area on their website. Consistently. And I keep applying. To no avail.
Legit but not worth the hassle. Too many stops with no product in stores and wasted non paid miles. Bob is NOT a helpful mananger.
I saw them on one of the job boards for awhile. Guess they have filled the local route now. Didn't really sound like something that I wanted to try.
I do the surveys they have that do not require any purchase. You just go to the stores they give you and write down expiration dates from sodas. You are paid based upon how many date codes you get. The forms are old school as you have to write the codes, take pictures of the papers (for your own records in case they are lost in the mail), and mail the forms back via FedEx or UPS (they provide a prepaid mailing label). They pay direct deposit and assign jobs by phone or email only. They do have a website but use it for posting of forms so you can print them. They are legit.

Shopping across Indiana but mostly around Indianapolis.

I worked for SPP for about 5 years....all the sodas I bought, I gave to the neighborhood kids if they weren't diet (I kept the diet ones). They did supply all the boxes, bubble wrap and such. And I also did the audits where you go copy expiration dates.

As far as Bob, yeah, I remember Bob....and I DO remember him as being kind of old school, now that you mention it!! He was the one I dealt with 95% of the time. It was a good gig for me while I had it. I gave it up when some medical issues came up.

Superior is legit. However, they only employ adults. If a girl called you, it is likely a scammer, employing child labor - perhaps slave child labor - pretending to be from Superior Product Pickup Service.
Actually it is a one man band of Bob.
disorganized
BOB!!l

Bob retired about 2-3 months ago. The pick up is being handled by Ellie. She's really nice and sounds young. They are legit.

Glad bob is gone. He was a a very disorganized manager. Doubt he actually retired though. Onto different things
Bob told me his age once and he definitely retired last year.
