I have had Service Sleuth pay different terms depending on the project. While Intellishop was still at 60 days, they would pay faster for a few projects before finally switching over to 30 days for everything.

I performed two shops for SkilCheck on the same day which was a recorded shop for a storage company. I completed both shops by 3PM and within an hour the funds were in my PayPal account. I was so impressed. Unfortunately, this MSC does not have shops in my area often.

Of the companies I've worked with Bestmark is the fastest. They send checks though, which is a pain, but it is fast. I have $100 due to me from Goodwin Hospitality for shops I did in early July. I think they pay at the end of the next month you do the shop. They take a long time BUT they have the best shops IMO. Bestmark has pretty terrible shops, MOST of the time, but not always. I did do some pretty amazing shops a few years ago for a fantastic restaurant that was a $100 reimbursement. My husband and I did about 13 of these, which equates to about 1300 saved on dining out. That's pretty significant.

Digressing. Sorry. I did a car was shop for Goodwin on 6/14 and did not get paid until 9/19. However, the shopper history is very transparent and it's easy to see when you submitted versus when they paid. The car wash shops, I did 4 all took more than 2 months. Since it was a dump of a chain I figured it took them awhile to get payment from the client.

Shared Insight takes forever, but they never give me ANY hassles. I"ve done many shops, that are fairly easy, and the credit is always there the next day. As long as I see the credit, my nerves are calmed.

Secret Shopper also takes a long time to review the report, then a long time to pay, plus it's a check. I stopped shopping them a long time ago. Sometimes out of boredom I will do one, and instantly regret it. They are like those places that have coupons that are a great deal but you end up eating at the back of a warehouse. Secret Shopper shops are also the hardest to find, the most obscure, and the lowest paying. But, that was my first MSC so I didn't know better at the time.

The keyword here is NV. They do pay every two weeks in NV, but in other states they take from 6 weeks to 3 months or more. As far as I know, all of the MSCs in NV pay every two weeks.

Whoa. I did a shop for TrendSource on Saturday and I got paid today?!? That's crazy fast.

As mentioned, Trendsource and Maritz have fixed timetables for payments twice a month - - depending on when your report gets in, you may be as paid as soon as 5 days or 3 weeks. They also have their own quirky software.

In addition, I'll add GfK who pays within 2-3 weeks every time for me, Service
Performance Group, who is right around the 3 week mark, and B Business Solutions who pays right around 2 weeks.

As far as slow pays, HS seems to be fairly slow as well as ServiceCheck here.

Be that as it may, if they pay out on the 20th and I did a shop on the 20th and I still got paid - that's impressive speed. I would have assumed it would have been the next pay period.

No, A Closer Look will NOT pay you in 2 weeks if you shop for them in NV but live elsewhere, CA or AZ for example.

Correct. I have at least 5 companies who will pay travel or hotel expenses long before the trip or shop ever happens. Gaming money is advanced too if needed.

These are shops worth well over $1,000. Sometimes closer to $10,000.

iSecret Shop is my current favorite. Uber easy App and $$ into PayPal every 2 weeks.

Bestmark offers payment by ACH or check. One can choose online.

The most I have ever experienced Shared Insight being past due is three days. And that was only once; every other time they have paid like clockwork. Perhaps you just don't like the payment terms - viz. Net EOM Proximo.

iSecret Shop is not an MSC. It doesn't pay shoppers. It a platform whereon various MSCs engage shoppers.

It only really matters when you start out, or you take several months off. Once they start rolling in, they keep rolling in as long as you get out there and keep on keeping on.

Technology Store Shopper pays every 14 days. MAX. I just got paid in 8 days, and that was for a shop where the editor had to contact me for clarification. They're one of my favorites.

Shoppers' View issues payments twice a month. "Shops submitted between the 1st and 15th 11:59pm EST will be paid around the last day of the month. Shops submitted between the 16th and 31st 11:59pm EST will be paid around the 15th of the following month."

The last few years we've had accelerated payment around the holidays, like LisaSTL mentioned. I haven't heard it confirmed yet for this coming year, but I hope we do it again!

That is not every two weeks that is twice per month. If it was every two weeks, there could be three payments in any given month - e.g. on the 1st, 14th, and 28th.

I did a shop for Bestmark on August 14 and I got my check in the mail today...I'm amazed!

BINGO! That was going to be my reply. I have been doing this for 20-ish years and NO ONE Pays faster than DJC. NO ONE! GFK is also very good but DJC pays within a week - and usually less than 7 days. Jeff is AWESOME

QAMS is the fastest paying MSC I currently work with. Next would be RBG and Intouch Insights. WORST = SERVICE IMPRESSIONS BY FAR.

Albatross pays remarkably fast.
