I use a laptop and have had that happen for quite some time. At first I thought it was something with my wireless connection. Nope!
Even when I plugged it in to the router, it still does that.
I tried making comments on a faster, more memory computer. Still happens.
Then, I noted that problem occurs for me when I make comments for gas station shops only. For the bank shops, there doesn't seem to be a problem.
I decided it was something on the other end (Maritz' problem).
Simple solution: Open up a Word doc (or equivalent), make your comment there and then just copy/cut and paste it in. Voila!
Works every time!
