Comments are required for each section. It's been a while since I've done a report for them, but I do remember that I had to keep going back and deleting text because they wanted short comments except at the end when a narrative was needed. I can't remember how long it took, but it was worth it to me.
I would do more shops for them, but there aren't any in my area. I just happened to pick one up when I was away. The MSC is very nice to work with.
