GRRR!!! MarketForce Website is so dumb!

I was doing a report online and the last step is to sign the CPI. I hit next on the report and had one more page of the report to fill out. The website froze, so I got up and got a drink, when I came back, it was unfrozen, but now in QC for review.. So I didnt even finish the last page of report and never signed my CPI. anyone else have issues with their website? I use the app mostly, but feel like yesterday it was going a little crazy as well so did todays report on my computer. Im soo annoyed. I emailed customer service but got an email reply stating they cant get back to me for 36 hours! anyone know what else I could do to finish and sign my CPI before they invalidate the whole thing?

Emailed the help desk. State your problem and explain what happened. Do not mention that you "got up to get a drink". smiling smiley

That happened to me and the next time I logged on to the site, my shop was approved. Since the glicth was MF, then they could not hold it against the shopper.

Wait and see what happen.
thanks.. I did that. And left out the part about the drink. lol. I keep it short, simple and to the point with them. They said they are aware of the glitch and will be paid for an approved shop without a signed CPI and if they have any more questions they will email or call me.
Since they revamped their website a couple months ago, I think that most shoppers have had continuous problems with MF website. Some of us literally on most days do not have time to deal with the website to look for new shops. That's sad.
It took me twice as long yesterday to do two reports. I too resorted to a drink. Hadn't shopped with them since June and their website seems much more buggy now.
@jillie715 I experienced the same exact problem. You would think after all this time of so many problems with their new website they would hire a Web Developer/IT person who knows how to fix this stuff.
seems like they switched from e-mails (in the past I received them twice a day) to phone calls from schedulers..now they calling me each day even on weekends and begging to take a shop.

There's a particular shop type that this likes to happen on... the ones where you wait on a phone call. It happens on at least 6 out of 10 of my reports for these types.

Thanks for bringing this up! I forgot that this had happened to me (on two of those same phone call shops). Your post prompted me to look and sure enough, "Not Received." So I sent a message to the Help Desk.
If it helps, last month when the SAME thing happened, all of my reports were accepted. The help desk basically told me they knew about the glitch 4-6 weeks ago but it still does the same thing -- particularly if no one called you back and I've also had it happen as I was telling them my "grades" for each of their questions. Worked out though and everything was paid. I've been taking screen shots of my submissions too and just labeling the file as the name of the locations town.

I had a "not received" for a receipt upload (multiple brothers that run a burger joint) even though I did upload, and they still accepted the shop. Weird, but I'm not going to question it! smiling smiley

Yours may not be the same as what happened to me, but I will tell about it. I saw a "not received" on one of my receipts and the report remained in QC so I emailed the help desk. I got a response from one of the Help Desk ladies a few days later that the receipt "unlinked itself" somehow (she implied it was an internal issue although didn't say that). She thanked me for emailing and said "I was able to link it for you. Everything is fine now." She wished me a happy weekend. Then the report immediately went from QC to Approved.
I have had this happen several times as of late. Its for my rental phone shops. I emailed them, and they said I did not need the CPI and it would be approved. I thought that was weird that CPI is not necessary.

I hate the way the website is set up no, it takes a really long time to scroll through the shops to find ones that I will even do in my area. Why did they have to make it so difficult to access the shops?
I would vote for it as the worst MSC website EVER. Entering the form after a shop takes twice (or more) as long as it would with every other system I use. I rarely do one of their shops as a result.
It's really ineptness that they can't get the website fixed. A bunch of college kids programming it would do a better job. It's been many months and the same problems occur. They haven't listened to our feedback. Otherwise the problems would be fixed. We want to shop with you, so please fix it !
After years of doing the reports I just realized a way to do them a little bit quicker. I always thought I had to place the cursor directly over the little circle with the choice for my answer. By accident I found out that the cursor just needs to be in the vicinity of the desired answer and the mouse can then be clicked. Many of you probably already know this but I was surprised to find this out and it does make the answer selection process faster. I still don't like the new site, particularly not being able to see more than 5 available shops on the job board. I have to change the "5" to "50" every time. How hard can that be to fix?

I was just coming here to see if anyone else is frustrated by the MF site. I have to sign on twice to even enter the site. The MF logo loading thing when trying to find shops takes forever to load. They need to get it together or go back to the old site.
Some shops for MF is easier to report on my mobile phone than on a computer.

They still have the issue where i have to sometimes click on login several times just to login. Or when i click on find shops, it logs me out.
