I have a question about A Closer Look as well, so I'm borrowing your thread. Did they get rid of the regional person? I had a scheduler who was all friendly and provided a bio and all that saying they were handling this particular territory, but that all has seemed to go away now and it's only been a few months. Is the new-old "territory scheduler" thing a thing of the past? If so, what the heck is going on there? They seem to be having some major communication issues.
I dunno. I sent them an email trying to figure out what scheduler I needed to contact for a particular shop and crickets for days.
