Ipsos payments

Does anyone have contact information for ipsos, specifically about missing payments?
I have sent inquiries to mspayments@ipsos.com get a form letter back asking for specific information. I reply & it's ignored.

That's the only address I've seen. In their FAQs it mentions that it could take a week to get back to you. Did you not hear anything after submitting a shop? Or was the shop okay and it's not showing up in your pay history? Just a thought...did you double-check the paypal address in your profile for typos or something like that?

I had issues with a reimbursement once. I actually contacted the scheduling company who scheduled the job. I got in touch with one of the owners and they dealt with IPSOS
I might be wrong and I dont want to cause problems but I think it is a violation of the forum to mention the company and the client in the same thread.

I currently have payroll issues with this MSC. I have contacted them on serval locations and have not received a reply. I would like to know if others have had pay issues and how they have resolved these issues?

never, ever had any kind of pay issue with them. they pay on time, every time in my long experience with them.
I don't do a lot of shops for them, perhaps 1-2/month, but I have always been paid on time and in full.
I have not had many pay issues with them. The one time I had a pay question I contacted the scheduler and it was taken care of.
Oh no, you too. I am I believe missing 2 payments, my husband had two shops he did disappear from the log after he did them. He has called and they give him some number in NJ and NJ never gets back to him. I guess shopper be water. Other than 2 potential shops of mine being missing for a total of I believe $30 I have had no problem in Texas.
