Seelevel Delivery App Shops

Seelevel is doing delivery app shops in some major cities(yes, all the ones you've heard of -- 3rd parties that you order from and a driver picks up your food and brings it to your door). I just cancelled my shop though...it wasn't clear on sign up that the app required a $20 minimum purchase then add on delivery fee, tip, and tax. Total would be $35 with a meager $12 reimbursement.

Yes, the shop is easy with no narrative, but beware of your out of pocket.

Will someone please let me know when they add chocolate deliveries? Just fine chocolates, at any time of day or night. If that works out, I will move to a city just for the chocolate deliveries.

I saw the $12 pay with no reimbursement and immediately threw the email in the trash. Not worth it for me.

Yup me too. Should be $12 + reimbursement, at least...
Too bad, you can't combine it with another shop, but only if they can make more than one stop. Bottle of wine then some pasta for one of the fancy pizza shops. Maybe some cheese or and chocolate.
Geez. Thanks for the heads up. I was thinking of accepting one the next time I wanted a meal delivered, but it doesn't sound worth it.
Now it's $10 to "help" you with your meal. They'd have to find a whole lot of folks who typically orders delivery for their quota to be met at that rate...
I was interested in doing one of these shops since I frequently order on-demand delivery for dinner, but unfortunately, this shop requires you to live in a stand-alone home, not an apartment. I thought this was an interesting shop requirement considering that these services thrive in urban areas.
I took one of the assignments. I used a coupon, as the instructions stated you could. When I accepted the shop, it was advertised as $10 plus $3 (it is now dropped to an inclusive $12). I spent under $1 over the reimbursement. I checked my shop log and it shows the pay as $10 without the extra $3 reimbursement they offered. Beware if you take this job. It is only a few dollars, but it makes me mad that I took a shop that cost me money when I could have eaten at the location with a coupon for the same price without doing a report. It also took me over 30 minutes searching menus that would have something that would fit in the reimbursement, plus many of the delivery app menus do not offer drinks, but the drink is required.
I saw tons in my area, and didn't feel right about it, since I always listen to my gut, I didn't take any, pays to be older and wise...just sayin.....

I got an email that ended up being a major tease. The email said that if I had gotten the email, that means I'm eligible to do the app shops. So, I go to the website and nothing pops up within 20 miles of my zip code. 25 miles away, I see shops that state it's for the L.A. metro area. I emailed the MSC asking if Orange County is included in that area, if I really am able to do these shops. Got no response. Now, reading your messages, maybe I dodged a bullet.
I live in a 5 unit condo in a major city and I'm ineligible which sucks because I order delivery ALL the time.
no thank you very much. maybe that explains all those shops just sitting there in my area.
I don't think there's any way to order a decent meal for one and not have out of pocket expenses, but for those who view it as a way to get a heavily discounted delivered meal note that it is now on the Instant Presto app, which pays shoppers within a few days, as well as the regular SeeLevel board. You can't order pizza or Chinese (but other Asian is fine).
They are in large cities like Chicago but have very specific housing requirements, like single family homes. So many people live in condos or apartments that these are going to sit there unless they relax their requirements.
