They do have a job board, but they don't use it. Everything is done through email. In the email they say, "You must EMAIL me back with the location that you can complete and the earliest date you can assign. Remember – we don´t have a jobboard!"

They respond very, very quickly--like within 2 minutes. Maybe by the time they get to my name on their list, they're desperate and waiting with baited breath to get the assignments done smiling smiley, but they are almost as fast as a self-assign.
They just sent me an email saying I've been de-activated as I haven't worked for them a awhile and my email address isn't registered, however, I got an email from them, so it is working....ho hum.

^^ LOL. Everyone's experience is different. Another shopper has had very different experiences than I have, too. Before i posted that message, I double checked my email, and the responses were received truly within 2 minutes. YMMV.
I replied several times when they e-mailed to me and got job. They working only such way.
