REALITY CHECK PAYMENT TERMS - SASSIE SHOP: How long until I get paid after performing a shop?

Hi everyone! I recently signed up for SASSIE SHOP and am about to submit my survey for my first shop. But I've scoured the website and cannot find anything (in the job listing or on Sassie's site) that states how long after submitting I will get paid. The only reference to payment I can find, besides that it's done via PayPal, is that payment will happen after the shop is submitted.

I don't imagine this means IMMEDIATELY after... but there's no time expectation. Is anyone familiar with the payment schedule for SASSIE?

Much appreciation!

Sassie is a platform that many mystery shopping companies use. You are not submitting your survey to Sassie. You are submitting it to a company. What company? All the companies that use the Sassie platform have different payment schedules.

Please provide the name of the company you are actually submitting the report to and we can probably help you.
Thank you for clarifying! The company is Reality Check.

And I haven't actually seen commitments to payment timelines on ANY of the job postings... is this common? Is it common practice to just submit a shop and then allow payment to arrive whenever it does? Or do postings ever say something like, "payment will be sent within two weeks", or "on the 20th of each month".... you know?

Thank you again!
MSCs don't reiterate their payment terms with each assignment. Most state terms somewhere in the contract you sign and/or their FAQs.

This is actually on the login page for Reality Check.
"Payment Process
Shopper payments are distributed 30-60 days after you perform your shop. We pay via Pay Pal, or by check depending on the preference selected in your Profile. Pay Pal is usually a much quicker and efficient way to receive payments."

sweetie,
You will learn a LOT if you amble on over to the New Mystery Shoppers area of the forum and read, read, read, the top dozen or so topics that are "pinned" to the top of the topics list there. Enjoy! This can be both fun and very rewarding.

Assuming you are new to mystery shopping, now is a good time to create some tracking method for companies and shops. You can note things like payment terms with each company for quick reference.

While terms alone do not make me decide whether to take a shop, it does give me pause when pondering assignments heavy on reimbursement or travel expenses if the terms are 60 to 90 days.
