Once you have successfully completed the shop report, it just kind of goes off into the Satisfaction Services ether...lol! You won't hear anything back from them unless there is a problem with your shop in which case, someone will contact you for additional clarification. I have not yet had a shop rejected by this MSC so I cannot answer what happens in that regard.
No news is good news in this case.
