Well I'll tell ya! Did 2 shops at same company on the same date and written on instructions that this company I shopped does not require a $1.00 receipt. Then the 2nd shop at same location and same day within 1 -2 hrs wants the $1.00 purchase! Say what?! There is nothing for $1.00 to purchase. All over $1.00 and all you get reimbursed for is $1.00. I have date and time stamped pictures of the building required, business card required and can even sent pictures of the range. Give me a break.
I just did a shop for them today and had to purchase something for 1.00. I found a package of seeds (flowers) for 1.49 total 1.63 with tax. Nothing was 1.00. I have this problem at another big box store, they have to know the price of things. Nothing is 1.00. I've written and complained to no avail.
This is a pet peeve of mine, they should reimburse full amount, you won't get paid if you don't purchase. I take picture of exterior of building as well, address doesn't always show.
Shop for me was in a place I had to go have duplicate key made, so of course I'll take an easy shop while I'm there. Complaining is the only way to get a wrong made right. They need to pay for reimbursement totally. Why should we spend money, client knows the price of things....nickel and dime you to death.....thanks forum for allowing us to warn others of situation.
