How do you guys reschedule a shop that is supposed to be done on a weekend? I was scheduled to do a shop on Friday evening but something happened and I was not available anymore. I usually do not cancel or reschedule my shops so I wasn't sure how to handle it. I sent a message to the email address provided but no response. I was going to do the shop over the weekend. No response on Saturday so on Sunday morning, I emailed again. it's a bit past noon on Monday now, and nothing. I did receive an automated email saying i was late. What's the proper protocal... is there a generic one? Not sure if i'm allowed to post the mystery shop...
