I reserved two real estate jobs with a four hour completion time using my IPad before leaving home today. I then tried to complete the jobs using my IPhone but was surprised to see they were not there. I contacted the support line and was quickly told that they do not transfer jobs reserved on an iPad to an iPhone for technical reasons. Luckily I had not actually driven to the first address. So avoid reserving a job on one device and trying to complete it another.
A bit off topic, but there used to be an app similar to Field Agent. I can't recall it after my phone was reset. I used to find the random Kroger or Walmart photo gig on there. It was something to do with "Gigs"... errr Gigspot? I cannot remember exactly but are they still around?
Weirdness. It sounds like they have different databases and are unable to link them together. I can understand the difference between Android and iPhone, but I would have that iPhone and iPad would be the same.
I have had this happen, I took the job on my tablet but it was not on my phone when I got to the store. I let them know and they said that you have to complete the job on the device you take the job on. It is silly IMHO. The jobs should be linked to your account not the device.
Yep have seen that recently, took a job last week on the desktop and then couldn't do it from the phone. Should have had a longer extension cord. When I got home went to add the pictures and was told that I was 11 km away from the shop.
