CSP Profiles - Assigned Shop three hours after bank call center closed.

Has anyone else ever had this happen to them? I applied for some of their shops on Thursday. Suddenly tonight, I get an email asking if I can do a call center shop for today, Saturday, after 7 PM, three hours after the call center is closed. I do not reply to the email or agree to do the shop in any way. Then about 10 minutes later, I get another email saying that my shop is overdue. It had never been on my job board before 7 PM today, I didn't agree to do it (I would have if I got the email earlier today), and the email is saying, Your Shop Is Overdue. Is this unusual, I hope? Is this some kind of technical issue? I check my emails very regularly several times a day. I did a search and there is absolutely no other email anywhere before this one that I was assigned the shop. What to think?

They (I think I know which MSC you are referring to) are automatically scheduling shops for these bank call centers. I got six of them last week and actually 'applied' for none of them. They are scheduled for specific days, but because I was unavailable (on the road for my 'other'/main job) I just do them when I can! I am pretty sure you can do the same thing. YMMV.
Thanks for your reply. It seems that things have smoothed out. For the month of October I applied for several, they were assigned well ahead of the date, I did them, and there don't seem to be any issues.
