Oldsoul,

Your last statement is very odd. We seem to schedule 100% of our assignments every month. It may seem like assignments "sit" on the boards because we have many projects that involve shopping locations multiple times per month.

If you believe that our guidelines are not clear, why not be part of the solution by pointing out the areas where you believe we can improve. You can email our team at help@sentrymarketing.com

We're all just dust in the wind. Mystery shopper companies and mystery shoppers are a dime a dozen. There are always others. So, a degree of humility is always appropriate.

With that in mind, and for what it's worth, I won't be doing business with Sentry Marketing at this point. I'll stick with companies with clearer guidelines and more consistent application of those guidelines. I may be wrong, but I'm not alone. Based upon a regular review of Gigspot, one of the amalgam lists, most of the shops in my area not claimed for long periods of time belong to Sentry Marketing.

TERRIBLE experience. You have to hound them to get payment and when you demand your payment that is 2 weeks late, the owner, Dave Agius, will respond condescendingly that late payments are a part of the business. Not the kind of business I want to interact with.

Stay away from this company. Way too much work for very little pay. They will only reimburse you 15% tip for an upscale dinner - so unethical.
If you found the assignment to be unethical, why did you complete it three times?

Mod note: Post removed as it breached the Forum guideline which states, "Do not reveal the clients of mystery shopping companies". Additionally, it is usually an ICA violation to name both the MSC and client.
Edited to adhere to forum guidelines.

@AMORASMOM

Your account was deactivated based on the tone of your email to our staff. When a person communicates in all capital letters with an aggressive, unprofessional tone, their account is deactivated. We don't expect shoppers to tolerate being treated in this manner by the mystery shopping companies they work with and we don't tolerate this type of behavior from our shoppers.

I reviewed our email log and support system and did not find that you submitted any requests for assistance. Our team would have been happy to lend a hand as the shop you were assigned is a project that is near its deadline. Instead of asking for help, you rudely responded to a routine reminder email by typing in all caps and asking to be taken off of the assignment.

Amorasmom, it is against forum rules and probably your ICA to name the client when the company has already been named. Can you remove the name of the client, or else a mod will delete your post?

Sentry Marketing, you inadvertently included your client when you copied the above post....just fyi.
