We are not having financial problems and suggesting that we are without a sound basis for the claim is just irresponsible.
If you are owed money for a properly completed shop, you will be paid. Period. If you feel the payment is past due, send an email to
help@sentrymarketing.com and our staff will be happy to help research and resolve the issue.
You wrote that we claimed that we told you that you completed the last shop "inappropriately". SInce I don't know who you are, I can only respond generally to this statement. If we are withholding payment for an assignment, we owe you a clear explanation for the reason the report is not being accepted. If you have not been provided with this information, please contact me at
dave@sentrymarketing.com and I will research the issue myself. I am more than happy to be transparent about any situation involving shopper pay.

But life is too short, and there are too many good shopping companies out there, to waste your time with a company like Sentry Marketing.
