Gapbusters follow up questions

I have done about 500 shops with many different companies and very rarely get follow up questions. But with Gapbusters I always get at least one question per shop. And often it is asking something that I already answered.
My last shop with them I made sure to explain every detail and they still had questions. So I write back and restate what I initially wrote and they accept it.

Is it only me or does anyone else get follow up questions from Gapbusters?

I had several questions after my last shoe shop with them. I think there was a language problem. I have another one today so won't be surprised when they ask for clarification.
As expected, I received two separate emails today requesting more information on the shop I did last week. They are even requesting a picture of the item I purchased for “validation purposes”. I guess the receipt image isn’t enough for them. Luckily I still have the item although I am allowed to return it. The other questions request information already provided on the form. However, the multiple choice questions are so poorly written it’s no surprise they want clarification.

inevitably and sometimes with such poorly written and hard-to-understand questions that if i were an editor i would severely downgrade their score. overseas folks who just don't get it but the bonus $$$ makes me swallow my pride and i grin and bear it.
Just did another shop for GAPbuster (GBW) and once again got a follow up email with several questions requesting more info. A better written survey form would have allowed me to answer all of their follow up questions initially without having to reply to their email.

Then as an Independent Consultant, is it worth your time???? Only you can decide.

It's annoying and something they could easily fix. However, I still take jobs from them when there is a bonus, so yes it is still worth my time. I have seen some improvements. On a prior shop they sent an email asking for a picture of the item I bought (the form only asked for a photo of the receipt). Luckily I still had it. I told them that the form should ask for the picture of the purchase to be uploaded and not rely on a follow up email to ask for it. I noticed that the shop form now does ask for a photo of the purchased product in addition to the receipt.
yes, it is worth the time. I have learned though what to expect in terms of additional followup questions such as " what did they say about so and so " Keep records handy.
Their cordial friendly staff and very well paying bonused shops more than make up for what is generally at best only a minor inconvenience for follow-up.

Granted this is true but a better formatted survey form would eliminate the inconveniences on both ends. At the same time I did a shop for Gapbusters I also did a similar retail shop for International Service Check (also an international company). The ISC survey form was comprehensive, well designed and allowed me to easily explain everything that happened on the shop. Needless to say, there were no follow up emails from ISC. The pay was about the same.

Hi, I just started shopping for Gapbuster and this has just happened to me too. I can look at the report and see the answer I submitted, but they are still asking for clarification.... However can someone tell me how they want you to update your answers? The assignment is no longer editable. I emailed back for help but didn't hear anything yet. Thanks!!
I have always just replied to their email, they haven't asked me to go back and edit the report.

...which would be difficult to do since usually the question they're asking has already been answered in the form as is.
