Intelli-Shop car service

Has anyone done one of these reimbursement only service shops (up to $100). Got a couple questions...

It was actually the first one I have done for them, but I didn't think it was bad. Definitely worth $100 if you need the work done on your car anyway. They mainly wanted to know about the interaction I had with the service employee when dropping off my vehicle. The feedback I got said I did a good job, but pay close attention to spelling and grammar in the future. If they have another one when I need my oil changed I will do it again for sure.
Are these oil change shops at a dealership? If so, I have done these twice a year since 2008.

Usually a cake walk if you break down the visit and explain any no anwers or non applicable questions.
I did mine today...they decided not to charge me because they were short-staffed and it took twice as long as they had expected. Guess I still do the report - hoping to hear back from someone before I spend too much time.

I hope it wasn't reimbursement only. To have do the shop report and not get anything for it would be a bummer.

Huh? You were not getting a free service if the shop was reimbursement only. The value of the reimbursement is what you decided to accept as a fee for a report. It still makes sense to complete the report regardless.. Assuming the client was the service provider, you were "paid" with the service and now don't have to wait for reimbursement. That could actually be kind of a win/winsmiling smiley
