Has anyone else received the email about payments from SeeLevel and Paypal? I received an email stating that payments were being affected for a particular client of theirs and only that client. They indicated all other clients paid as normal, but just not this one particular one. And it was an issue with PayPal, not the client, according to the email. Has anyone else received this? Or do you have any additional information? I just thought it sounded weird.
Yes, SeeLevel sent out an email to all shoppers owed for shops for their wings client. This is the only client affected. I was paid for my SeeLevel shops for other clients. No additional information was provided. SeeLevel has always paid me and been reliable, so I have no concerns about getting paid. I'm willing to wait until they credit my PayPal. I appreciated that they notified shoppers rather than just letting the payments be late. Kudos to them for the notification.
Seems odd that it's for one specific client, which has also disappeared from the job board. Hopefully everything sorts itself out, but agreed that it is appreciated to receive a heads up. Kudos SeeLevel!
I know, its their dependability that makes me worry. And i needed the money this time so its bad timing all around. Anyway, yes, i do appreciate them notifying us of the delay. Wish i had an eta though.
Same here. I do appreciate them notifying us, that was definitely a plus. I just wish I had an ETA or that they would update us on the progress of resolving the issue.
