1) Edit your subject line. Why are you talking about an employee?

2) International Service Check is a very reputable organized. One can set one's watch by their payments. Contact your scheduler. Perhaps your shop was rejected or your payment was returned ti ISC by PayPal.
As a mystery shopper, you are NOT in any sort of employer/employee relationship. You are an Independent Contractor.
Yes ive mailed them. At first they were apologetic. Then someone was on leave now they just ignore me.
Correct i am an independent contractor.
Ive done two service checks. Both of which were well received by International Service Check but as yet have not received paymeny
Yes i concur that they have a good reputation but as yet not received any payment from International Service Check. Im out of pocket because ive spent money at the shops as per request.

Just to let you know I have spoken to accounts, and there was an issue with the client payments, we have now fast tracked these and they should be paid by end of next week "

The reason I asked is because I did not want to give you email addresses for people you already contacted. Try the ones above as well.

These people schedule for the United States, OP's shops were in South Africa.
Risefromclay, by posting the two emails into this thread you have revealed both the names of the clients and the msc which is a violation of your ICA. You need to edit your two posts and remove the names of the clients.
Thanks Rousseau. I have gotten shops with Libby before, so she must have switched to scheduling out of the country. At any rate, even if they do only schedule for the US, perhaps they can still help OP get paid.
They’re also overdue on paying me for two shops. I emailed them about it a couple of days ago but haven’t received an answer yet. I’ve never had problems with them before but this is worrying. Anyone else missing a payment?
Thank you guys. It has been helpful venting and getting replies. I have now heard back from them and it seems like it is moving forward. A specially THANK YOU to JASFLALMT for wanting to assist and those email addresses must have done the trick.
Bump!

Does anyone have a contact number? I have emailed my scheduler and have not received assistance.
They are based out of Switzerland. If you go to their web page, you will see contact numbers at the bottom.

Thanks for posting the obvious. I should have been more specific, I was looking for a US number to speak with someone.
The advice above is good.... I just can't help but to be surprised that they have a good reputation, though.... I have done one shop for them and they were so disorganized on their end that it became very painful on my end (detailed on previous thread).... Last week I saw an request from them that really appealed to me, so I decided to try again... I emailed the scheduler (with my gender - male - and age - as requested) to express interest and, the next day got a response thanking me for referring "my husband" to them (I am married to a wonderful woman). ....I decided not to respond. Yes, mistakes happen. However, my first experience was very painful and if the scheduler hasn't learned to pay attention to what she's doing, It's not worth the trouble on my end - even for $150.

So, from my perspective, a missed payment on their end does not seem surprising at all.

There is no U.S. number. They are a European company.

I have done their high end leather goods shop twice over the past few years and I was paid like clockwork on both occasions but can't for the life of me seem to get another shop with them........but at least I was paid. Last shop I did for International Service Check was on January 2017.
Hello,

We always pay our evaluators if the service checks are completed according to the instructions provided. In the unfortunate event that we have to cancel a service check without payment, rest assured it is because we have exhausted every effort to use the service check. But there are times when items required by the client aren't completed, we have no option but to cancel the check. I can assure you that we take evaluator payments very seriously. If you have a specific issue that you would like me to look into, please contact me directly at d.yarbrough@internationalservicecheck.com
