The advice above is good.... I just can't help but to be surprised that they have a good reputation, though.... I have done one shop for them and they were so disorganized on their end that it became very painful on my end (detailed on previous thread).... Last week I saw an request from them that really appealed to me, so I decided to try again... I emailed the scheduler (with my gender - male - and age - as requested) to express interest and, the next day got a response thanking me for referring "my husband" to them (I am married to a wonderful woman). ....I decided not to respond. Yes, mistakes happen. However, my first experience was very painful and if the scheduler hasn't learned to pay attention to what she's doing, It's not worth the trouble on my end - even for $150.
So, from my perspective, a missed payment on their end does not seem surprising at all.
Hard work builds character and homework is good for your soul.
