Never mind, I got it submitted. It seems that for some reason they wouldn't let me submit it until I made a minor correction to my location (the map had me closer to one major cross street than the correct one). I have no clue why this would keep me from submitting my shop, but having fixed it seems to have solved the problem.
What's done is done. An egg cracked cannot be cured.
