Second to None Reports

I just completed my first report with them. I didn't realize that I was on the last page and hit "next." Then I was told that the report was submitted. The system did not give me a chance to review my report before submitting it. All the other companies that I have worked with allow (sometimes require) you to proofread and double check your work. Is this typical for their reports, or was it an error? I will double check each page next time (instead of waiting for the end) if this is how they roll.

This is typical. Make sure all your pages are your best work before you click the final next.

I wouldn't worry too much about not having the chance to proof read your report. My experience is that they are reasonable and easy to work with.

Well, don't feel too badly.....if you want a good chuckle, click on this link and read what a really, really dumb thing I did myself, regarding reporting one of STN's shops just last year! [www.mysteryshopforum.com]
mcav0y, it's alarming when you hit 'next' and the report is submitted - especially if one likes to review first. There are a few MSCs whose platforms are set up to do this. If you haven't already, you may want to review your submitted STN report. If there is anything you would have corrected, contact the scheduler and inform her/him. If the report is still In Process, the scheduler can pass along any correction to the editor.

That's exactly what I did. I rated the client down on something and I had the pictures but didn't realize I was supposed to put it in a specific location. I emailed the scheduler and explained that I had more information for the report. Good to hear that they are easy to work with.
