International Service Check - ARGH!

My gross income is looking a little low this month, so I applied for two 'checks' (both in the same mall) with International Service Check. In the email I said I could complete the jobs on November 15th. This morning (the 16th) I had an email telling me I had been assigned both. Can they not read?

Same thing, different company. Business Verification, phone number to make appointment doesn't work,
company checking it out, taken care of yesterday, today, get an email from yet another scheduler (not involved), reminding me to make appointment....does the left hand not know what the right hand is doing or just too many cooks in the kitchen?

I started a thread about them today as well so they must be on a roll! My situation was similar, except I wrote them saying I could do a check which is about an hour from me on 11/18/17 and they assigned it to me for 11/16/17. I work Monday through Friday so no way I can drive an hour for a shop after work but my mom and I were planning to be there Saturday 11/18 so that is why I was willing to do it that day. I have emailed all week and sent messages through their website and never got a response until today when I thought I’d try once more. I put in the email urgent and please read and respond more than once and I finally got a reply and they moved it. Geez. It has already been a headache and I haven’t even done the shop yet lol. I feel your pain!
