Maritz reporting problems??

Is anyone else having a hard time with reporting Maritz shops? I click an answer and it freezes for about 10 seconds then finally checks the circle box. It is taking me FOREVER to report these shops! Same issue on my laptop as my phone.

It happens with the red and blue gas stations with the two names. Specifically when I have the enter in text like my shopper ID and what I purchased. It's slow. I don't have this prob with any other form. It's definitely on their end.

A new website is forthcoming, thank God.

I submit a lot of Maritz reports and have not had that problem. Although it seems every time i speak with a scheduler she is having problems getting her computer up to speed. I look forward, with trepidation, to the new website.

I've never had a problem like this before this week. I switched to IE instead of Chrome and I am able to fill out the form quickly without the problem BUT it gives me an error message of 'file not found' when trying to upload any pictures! Seriously, this isn't my week..... I've had to fill out the form on my laptop in IE then switch to Chrome to finish with pictures..... Glad these were bonused well as it is taking me much longer than usual. Also one shop upload half the pictures three times but wouldn't upload the rest of them at all.

Yes, there's something wrong and I'm glad to get confirmation of it. I'm having the same issue with the 10 second freeze after I answer each question. Very frustrating. I sent an email last night letting them know that it was going slowly and would finish up my report in the morning. I was hoping the issue would be fixed.

They say it is a problem with Google's browser. I received a call from someone who was more knowledgeable about it.

For what it is worth, I just submitted a report with no problems. I use Firefox as my search engine.

I am having problems too. My answers keep disappearing. I was on google chrome and IE Explorer. I finally just submitted it and am hoping for this best.
