You must be talking about the sizing checks.... I don't touch those as "counting" can get out of control...
However, the pure customer service shops are easy and can be done entirely on your smart phone as they don't really have a narrative - just a few sentences here and there for things like employee descriptions or to clarify a "no" answer. They discourage long narratives. I've done quite a few. The initial part of the shop can be done in 15-20 minutes. The second part is a return, which takes two minutes plus however long you have two wait in line -which is rarely more than three minutes. Literally, I do the report before leaving the parking lot - most of it between the time I make the purchase and do the return. The entire process, including writing the report, typically takes less than thirty minutes. Unless they are bonused, I don't go out-of-my way for them. However, If I am already next to one doing other shops, snatch it up.
