Non-payment Issue With QAMS

I have been trying to get a payment from QAMS for shops I did back in October. I can see in my profile that a check was generated for the work I did on 10/24. I have not received any check. I emailed the contact person several times but I have not received any response.

Somehow I feel I am not going to be paid. I enjoy mystery shopping but I am becoming weary of payment issues. I am trying to remain positive and professional but I feel demeaned to have worked and not be paid.

I usually get paid by QAMS within about 10-15 days after I complete a shop. They are one of the fastest payers.
It sounds like a check was generated and mailed to you but is lost in the mail. Most places ask you to wait 4-6 weeks before generating a new check for a lost one because it involves putting a stop payment on the first check involving a fee.

Don't email them, CALL. And, by contact person, do you mean the scheduler? If so, instead try contacting Mary Furrie, 800-580-2500. She's very responsive.
Thanks for your help with this. I know that at times the amount are small, but everything helps.

QAMS is by far the fastest paying MSC I have worked with and Mary is very responsive. She appreciates her shoppers and the one time I had a concern, she responded and resolved the issue quickly. Receiving checks through the mail is always chancy ... I wouldn't be surprised if your check was lost.
