Anyone having problems with BARE Int'l. payment?

I completed a shop for them back in September and it was approved. I still have not received payment. I have emailed the scheduler multiple times and have not received a response. Does anyone have a phone number or another point of contact for payment issues?

Bare is usually very responsive. I think you should call and ask for accounting to see what they know. Or, ask to speak with the project manager for the client that you shopped.

mwilson, check for a few things, if you haven't. Was your shop accepted? Did you elect payment be made direct deposit, or check? If direct deposit, and if it was your first payment, check the routing and accounting numbers you provided, for accuracy. If you elected check, possibly it was mis-delivered.

I have not had any problem with payment from Bare.
No problems with BARE and payments. Double check payment account information and contact them.
I received the email totaling my pay for last month about two weeks ago. I still have not received the check.
From my personal experience, you receive a quicker response from MS companies when you talk to a scheduler by phone. However, my scheduler at Bare (Kalki Bekele) responds quickly by phone and email. Check out my "Kudos" to her on this forum .

Bare is one of the biggest and long established MSC so I'm sure everything will be sorted out with regards to missing payments.
I have no problem with BARE either -- just make sure your routing and account numbers are correct... One time they asked me to update my shopper profile and while looking, found my payment information had become twisted around... they have a very particular format that you have to enter your direct deposit info. If the syntax isn't right, or numbers are twisted, you can get delayed. Luckily I've never missed a payment and they just shoot it into my account.
I just got an e-mail from BARE saying they will start direct depositing for large amounts in 2018. Their old way was to wait for a check cut on or around the 15th.
Really? I'm still missing the check that was supposed to be mailed on the 15th of December.
Payments being delayed because of errors entering routing or account numbers are not unique to Bare. The only difference in their format is adding either a C or S at the end of the numbers to indicate checking or savings.

I got one email back saying that they could not find my email! I sent them back a cc of the email of payment I received on Dec 14th and a screenshot of my shopper's log. To date, I have not received anything back. I read in their payment policy that if a check gets lost in the mail you have to pay the 30 dollar stop payment fee or wait 6 months to be paid. This is extremely disappointing because the check was just over 30 dollars! So it looks like I will not get paid for 6 months!!!!
