Marketforce Paperwork Change

I just got emails from MF telling me that the paperwork changed for two upcoming jobs. It’s the FF chicken restaurant which I’ve done hundreds of times. There is no hint in the emails of what actually changed. I glanced at the instructions and I’m guessing it’s the order requirement but can’t be sure without looking at the old paperwork which I don’t have. What I usually order is still listed. Why couldn’t they at least tell me the part of the instructions that changed. I sent an email to the help desk asking for more info. I will read the instructions word for word again before doing the shop and hopefully figure out what has changed. I know we are always supposed to do that but it would sure help if MF would direct us to the applicable portion of the instructions that changed.

I usually have the original paperwork and when I get a "Notice Paperwork Change" I compare the original to the new and if it's substantial, then I take the new paperwork with me. smiling smiley If it's one small change, I correct accordingly. I would just ask and see what those changes are, just as you are doing. smiling smiley
Probably best to think of it as a new assignment. I have done the burger place many times. I prefer to review the documents every time to make sure nothing has changed. I download them, I do not print them.

That’s what I will do. Just annoys me that MF can’t give shoppers a clearer heads up. I think I did spot one thing I have not seen before. Coupons are allowed!

If is the shop I am thinking about, I have never seen coupons for this shop.

While we are on the subject, while are some shops allow coupons allowed and some shops do not allow coupons

I’m sure it’s the client’s decision. I always get coupons in the mail for this chain. Not sure how I can tie them together with my required purchase though.

I never get coupons in the mail for this clinet. However, I get coupons for another chicken place but I don't think they are shopped.
I actually got a reply from the help desk. It sounded honest and sincere. They said they were not informed of the actual changes but they gave me some suggestions as to which questions on the survey might be different. I believe the question about whether you are asked by the cashier about the rewards program is new. I don’t remember seeing that before. I was impressed that the MF help desk answered my email so quickly and really tried to answer my question.
Sometimes MF is kind enough to hyphenate in red next to a newer question. Not always but I have seen it..... Did your paperwork show anything in red (tiny letters) that almost anyone could miss! smiling smiley

Good tip, but in this case I don’t see anything in red. I’ll just do the shop as if it’s entirely new.
