After repeated request for payment for my October shops, which, I was told was send to me at the beginning of December, I still have not been paid. I have been in contact with Benita, Ajay and Carrie Coyle and none of them can help me. They just keep saying, let me look into it. They sent me some sort of screenshot that they said was a Paypal transaction but when I inquired with Paypal, they said it was not a Paypal transaction. So who's lying? I'm out $119. What's my next step?

Send a certified letter to them with an invoice and a request for payment. Wait two or three weeks. File in Small Claims Court.

Hard work builds character and homework is good for your soul.
Good luck with that they’re an Indian company. Here’s their address in India:

517, Palm Springs Centre, Malad (West)

I don’t think a certified letter nor Snsll Clains Court will help.
You can still sue them in small claims here as they are doing business here. Failure to abide by court decisions will cause them to lose the ability to do business in this country.

Thank goodness for this forum. I am so happy I delete Carrie's Red Quanta emails as soon as I see them.
FWIW: Their US office is "80 M Street SE Washington DC 20003" which translates to a WeWork location. Kind of like a "rent-a-desk-get-a-street-address" deal.

Oh my gosh, that happened to me too! they sent a screenshot claiming that the payment was sent. When I sent the number to PayPal, they could not find the transaction number that was shown.
The screen shot I was sent, I did find that it was on my Paypal account and was paid. They just also sent an email today(January 14th), saying that my November shops will be paid by 12/22. ????
I got an email from the scheduler, Abner (after two requests about my reimbursement) when I was suppose to be paid on Jan 4 (which was over the 30 days they promised) that the money would be in my account by the 15th, today. I still don't have the over $400 I'm owed for November and I have another $400 due for December. They are aggressively looking for other shoppers however, seems to be a pattern of using shoppers, them failing to pay. I'll update soon, but be very careful about shopping for them. The shop it self is good; but if you are not reimbursed then it is a complete loss.
Earlier today, Abner told me that "payments have been processed" BUT (there's always a but!) "since it's coming from India, it may take longer than expected."
For the first round of shops I did in October (16th-20th), I got paid December 3. For the second round (24th-27th), I got notice on 1/4 (but only after I sent another email) that the payments were processed, and would take 2-4 business days to show up. But, they have not appeared yet.

I will through my name in with the rest of the crowd that is getting yanked around by these guys. I have over $700 of payments that are pending. Carrie helped get me $100 plus back in September so I figured things were fixed.......Bad decision. Last statement was payments on January 15, still nothing!
Keep on it. Maybe they'll figure out how to pay people when enough are upset. Here's to hoping!
FWIW, Abner now says payments for NOVEMBER shops will be paid on January 21. Fourth time he's changed payday on me...
Today, after inquiring again and copying Cari on the email, she sent me the last of what I was owed.
I have included Carrie on my emails to Abner. The last email stating how these issues are effecting Carrie's reputation.
I have just sent an email to the main account, Carrie and Abner stating that if they do not pay my contracted payments I shall file complaints with Better Business Bureau, MSPN Americas and the Federal Trade Commission. Hope I hear back, but not counting on it.

Might as well notify the World Bank, SEATO, The World Trade Organization and the UN but I don’t think they care. They are a foreign company who go by their own rules. Good luck though.

What reputation?! Carrie is a convicted felon for scaming shoppers. I had a problem with her not responding to my emails, and later she said that she did not see my emails because she does not work for the company any longer....which turned out to be the company that she created (Private Eyes Online) where she still uses that email...she was a desaster. I have not done (of course) any shops for Red Quanta thanks to Carrie’s terrible reputation. There is a tread on the forum about her. I get sick to my stomack when I see shoppers going through this...

Just like MikiNV wrote above, Carrie is a crook. If you look back through this thread you will see the links posted about her previous thefts from shoppers.

I have done four of these app takeout shops. I had my doubts as well, when they wanted to know what i spent in Rupees? WTH However, a scheduler named Carrie has kind of reassured me, held my hand as I have done some of these and she told me she takes care of payments here in the US for them. I am not sure of the Merc connection because I have done 7 of these same shops via Merc also and in the job title for me, it even says they are Red Quanta. I think they may be subbing Merc and outsourcing to their bigger client base. I cant say if they pay or not but I have four showing as to be paid.

I've heard that the scheduler -Carrie Coyle - can be very reassuring. Carrie Coyle is an independent scheduler , scheduling as Private Eyes, who has worked recently with Red Quanta, Sinclair, and Mercantile. Be very, very careful if she has told you she takes care of payments. She has a list of posters on this forum who have complained about the payments that she coordinates. Others have reported scheduling problems. Read more about Carrie Coyle:

Ever feel like you are banging your head against a wall?
These reasons are also why I just delete Red Quanta emails... way too many shoppers have been taken advantage of...

A lot of people think that they are special and different.
Not a chance in Hell, I was going to jump on this project.
I'm owed over $800 in reimbursements (money I paid out of my pocket) they have not paid me any of it and it is going on three month now since I spent the money. Now that i'm no longer doing the jobs they do not respond to my emails. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND RIP OFF ARTISTS. I'VE CONTACTED BETTER BUSINESS AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF CALIFORNIA-TO REPORT THEM!
I wonder if there is something that can be done through Google since it is supposedly that app/program that is being tested.
Yes shoppers can contact Google Marketing Department and let them know Red Quanta does not reimburse the shoppers for the work or that the company is not ethical. I did these shops for a different company I can't remember the name off the top of my head but I did them through Presto and got paid the next day after I submitted the report. Not sure why Google decided to go with Red Quanta but it was a horrible mistake. I did find out the name of the Red Quanta's owner today (he's on twitter & so is Red Quanta and confronted him through his messaging. His name is Pankaj Guglani in Mumbai India. You can also report them to the Better Business Bureau in Washington DC where they claim to have a USA office (the office is a rent a space office).
