Coyle Payment for November

Has anyone been paid by Coyle for their November shops? This must be the latest I have ever waited with them, but I have yet to receive my payment yet. Very odd...

I was paid my fee but not the reimbursement. I'm not sure why or what to do next.
I received it today but conversion is incorrect and i have lost money. What to do? Any ideas....
I received pay as well - but like some others, I was not paid a reimbursement owed from three months ago (it was supposed to be a reversal but the hotel couldn't do it) - so my pay is only about 40% of what it should be. My suggestion to those that have incorrect pay is to send an email to support. I am sure they will forward it to the appropriate person(s).
I sent an email to support and received an answer. Lauren said it was a mistake and my reimbursement will be in the next pay cycle.
I also had to send an email to check on a hotel reversal that was taking longer than expected. They took care of it within a couple of days.
Well it seems I'm going to lose money on the exchange rate ( don't know what rate they are calculating at) so my shopper fee is halved by default.
I received my pay for two November jobs in January, but no reimbursement. I spent most of February going back and forth via email with various people at Coyle regarding my reimbursement. STILL waiting to hear on when I should be getting it. I wouldn’t even be so annoyed if at any point there was an apology or some kind of recognition on their part that communication should be better on their end. It’s not even THAT much money (about $80), but it is mine and it’s a bit ridiculous that they have tied it up for so long. It was for a new client of theirs, so maybe that has something to do with it, but I only did these shops because they asked me to as a favor so it makes it extra annoying.
I have shopped for Coyle for a number of years. Only once was there a reimbursement problem, a year that I had to get a 1099 from them. The delay was in getting in contact with someone in Accounting; once I did, she handled the problem immediately (sorry, but I don't have her name in my records). You might want to try calling and leaving a voice mail for Accounting. That worked for me.
