North Fork Online Shopping Sweepstakes

I received an email asking me to enter their sweepstakes. They list several online sites, and if I purchased something from any of them in December (I had purchased items from a handful of them), they want me to send my name, address, and order number for each. I stopped taking free surveys years ago, even though I actually won a MF $50 Amazon gift card once. The surveys for them seemed to be getting longer and longer. This would take a few minutes to find the order number for each, but not long to do it. Curious what you all think? The prize is $100. Obviously that’s not a guarantee so it most likely would all be done for nothing. Perhaps I just answered my own question!!

I deleted mine. Not a fan when companies want our efforts for a "chance" of winning a prize.
I went ahead and entered. I ordered quite a few things from Amazon in December, but DELETED the emails once they were all safely delivered. HOWEVER.....I still have the confirmation and shipping emails for one item I ordered on Dec 29. So since we have to forward the actual confirmation & shipping emails to NFR, I was only able to send in one entry. It was painless, so we'll see.

I’m not a big Amazon shopper (I know one day I will though, as my friends all rave about it) but can’t you log into your account and see your past orders with order number? That should help get you more entries.

Yes, I suppose I could. But since the email from Northfork specifically requested we forward the confirmation & shipping emails we got from Amazon, I wasn't sure if getting the info off Amazon would qualify, since they weren't the emails. It's all good. que sera sera!
I'm with ThreeMom. You're doing work (albeit it's not that much) for free -- a *chance* at one prize. They're obviously getting paid for what you're doing, and I'm betting it adds up to a lot more than $100.

Yup, you're right, actually. Although it was all of 5 minutes of work, it was still work! But whatever!!!
Ironically, the OP is called 'ShopSouthTexas' and the topic is North Fork.

We just need JR to make an appearance at the South Fork ranch...
