Ath Power shopper rating

Where do I find my shopper rating with this company? All of a sudden I can't apply for a specific bank for this company because my rating is is not a 5. I'm shocked. I've been working this bank with no problems since 2015. The last two jobs for this particular bank did come back to me needing additional information, but why would that influence my score so considerably?

They do not post it. You will likely need to read all the feedback they have ever given you and show that you have corrected whatever their concern might be on some other shops first...

Ath does not post your shopper rating. I would ask them what the 5 meant. If you have been with them for two years you must know your schedulers ask them or who to get in contact with. I have never known them not to tell you.

You have to ask them to rate your shops. They don't rate the red and blue bank shops.

I was in a similar situation where a shop I wanted to do needed a shopper rating of 5. I found out that I did not have a shopper rating despite doing a bunch of shops.

HonnyBrown I have never asked them to rate a shop. My schedulers tell me I don't have to worry about it. I don't pay attention to ratings, but I would if I was you and told I could not do a shop.

Shopper8, you don't have to worry about it until you need a minimal rating. Frankly, I am surprised that they even have that as a requirement, considering they don't rate shops!

HonnyBrown, I get ya! Your right! I did say that if I was you I would find out about the rating. I have been with ATH for 12 years, maybe that is why I don't see a rating, maybe I should look.
Hope you find out about the rating, I would like to know.

I found out about the rating when I was denied a shop that required a 5. 5! I had a number of successful shops under my belt, but none of them were rated. Their big client isn't rated at all. I was screwed.

Honnyrown, I still don't understand why you got the 5 rating. Did you ask?

I got a 5 rating because I asked them to rate my shops going forward.
