I've done about two shops for them.... No issues, paid on time.

Great company, nice staff, prompt payment, reasonable reporting requirements, no editing problems, everything I like in a MSC.
They have jobs on ISS Scheduling, mostly phone jobs.....haven't worked for them in awhile, but no complaints.

After reading the comments, I decided to proceed and apply for a job near me. I was declined for the job. Dunno Y but I have performed many car shop jobs and I have a 10 rating, so why ? I am disappointed.
I don't understand what you mean by "was declined for the job." I usually self-assign the jobs I do for them. Were you unable to self-assign? Or did you receive notice that the company was declining to work with you for this particular assignment and given a reason? Or were there age/gender requirements and you did not meet them? Or did someone beat you to the job?
I applied through I secret shopper app and made sure all my info was current for that MSC. There are no specific reason given. Just declined. Perhaps they want a certain age/gender but guaranteed its not about my competence as a shopper. Would I be better off applying directly to their site ( need URL ) or applying thru i-secret shopper ? thx for replies. I don't know where the shopper portal log in site is.

They (my knowledge) don't tell you why you are declined for a job if your going through ISS, and there is no self-assign on that site. I cannot do DA cell phones through ISS and have no clue as to why. I do them for other companies. Something must have happened and I can't figure out what. Maybe I screwed up years ago and they are not forgiving...I've moved on.

I believe that for Dynamic Advantage, you must apply directly through the iSS site. Some of their jobs do permit self-assign (whatever your status on iSS allows), but others (such as a new car sales shop) require application. I've done several.... The car sales client tested out a different MSC recently and had specific requirements for shoppers that might automatically cause some folks to be disqualified. (Driving newer cars to the lot, certain age range, certain income brackets). Whether or not we are talking about the same client, I cannot say, but it could easily be a similar situation.

It sounds as though you have not worked for Dynamic Advantage before. Many companies require the shopper to prove themselves before hiring them for a big job like an automobile job. They want to check your work themselves rather than rely on grades you might have gotten from other companies with different standards. I used to work for them a lot when they had jobs I was interested in and thought they were a great company. If they have some easier jobs in your area apply and do a few of those first.
