Measure Consumer Perspectives

Anyone get paid for November shops? First it was Dec. 27. Then I was told another week or so. Still nothing.

I was going to give them until COB on the 16th until I contacted them again but I received an unsolicited email from iSecretShop today suggesting I contact them about payment. This seems to be past the point of "accounting issues" and more like cash flow issues.

I don’t see Measure Consumer Perspectives on iSecretShop.

Edited to add: MCP normally pays via PayPal on the 15th or 16th of the month.

I've only done one shop through Measure Consumer Perspectives and it was not through iSS. However, I did try to check their site last night and found that my account did not exist any longer....

Measure has been migrating to Sassie from Shopmetrics.

That's right... I vaguely remember seeing something about that... I've done exactly one shop for them and they have otherwise had nothing in my area, so I kind of completely disregarded the message when I saw it...

They were supposed to be going to Sassie but this month their shops were on Shopmetrics. I only do one shop a month for them and it's the fish place but I do see some high-end vehicle shops for them. Only the fish place shows on iSecretShop

They have paid like clockwork for years. Suddenly a few months ago things changed due to their "accounting system." It's been about four months they've been blaming their new accounting system for late payments. The first few months they were only about 10 days late. This time around they are 30 days late with no updates.

I HATE chasing payments.
I'm still confused. They do not show up as one of the MSCs using ISS. The only app I'm aware of them being associated with is Gigspot.

Their fish place shops were always on ISS until this month. Those were their only shops I saw on ISS.

Goodwin, until a couple of months ago, would have a few select clients on ISS while others were on Prophet.

There have been others over the years with a split personality. Not sure why.
I have been doing a chicken place for Measure on iSS for over a year but it got moved over to Shopmetrics this month. The report was easier when it was on the iSS platform.

They we're on ISS and Shopmetrics both for several years. I know I have done 10 or so video shops for them on ISS. Now they seem to be trying out sassie as well and have dumped ISS.

That explains why I couldn't find them on ISS last night. In all these years I have only completed a handful of shops using ISS. Most were several years ago when the app was brand new.

I have contacted them three times in regards to my November payment. I sent an email today and was told it should be in paypal in the next 24 hours. I hope that's true.
I am waiting on November pay also. I hope this won't be a pattern because this is one of my favorite companies.
I've done several shops for Measure CP on the ISS platform, but I am having problems since their move to Sassie.

I signed up with them on Sassie when they first started out. This week, I received an email about a shop that had to be completed the day before I received the email. I wrote the scheduler, the dates were adjusted, and I accepted the shop on Tuesday. Wednesday, my password was not working, so I had to reset the password. Friday, I completed the shop, but my new password was not working, and this time, I could not get it reset. I have not heard from the scheduler, I have not received a password reset email, I have not heard from Measure CP at customerus@measurecp.com, and inquiries to Measure CP at internal@measurecp.com are bouncing back.

I have no way to report my shop and I have not heard from anyone at Measure CP. I'm expecting that my report will not be accepted and I will not be paid due to their internal issues.

Any ideas?

I wouldn't stress over it. I did a shop for them during a long route on a Wednesday morning a couple of weeks ago. Was a long day and I completely forgot about the shop. Reported it on Sunday. Never heard from them. Never got an email that the shop was late. Nothing. Neither it nor the shop I did a week prior appear to have been edited yet.

Hello. Is anyone else having issues receiving March payment from Measure Consumer Perspectives? Payment for February was delayed by several days due to "technical difficulty", and this time around they failed to acknowledge any payment issues for March. Unfortunately the scheduler at Kern Scheduling and Armando at MCP have ignored my email messages altogether. I am terribly disappointed and disgusted with their lack of professionalism. Perhaps the "technical difficulty" from last month was nothing more than cash flow issues.
I was supposed to be paid a couple of weeks ago. I have written three times to the scheduler. The first time he said they were having technical difficulties but I should have been paid mid-March.He said he forwarded my message. The second time he said they were having more difficulties but I should be paid Fri (yesterday). However, I just checked paypal and nothing there. I just sent another note. I suspect you are right about cash flow. This is the first shop I ever did for them, but I don't think I will do any more. I really dislike having to chase a company for my money.
Thank you so much for your post junk1958! I completed 2 assignments for them in early Mar and didn't expect to wait THIS long to be reimbursed/paid the modest assignment fees. I even hesitated to post the issue on here on this forum, but decided to do so since my inquiries are falling on deaf ears. Glad to hear that you received some sort of response from your scheduler! Not sure why Kern Scheduling would bother sending out new notifications regarding available assignments if they are well aware of this payment issue.
