Market Force - Page Just Shows "Loading"

I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem? and possibly has a solution? When I go into the Home page, after I am logged in OR try to search for available shops, the "loading" icon appears, it looks like it is moving, but nothing ever happens. It looks like the page never loads. I have tried it with different browsers and the same thing happens. (I have an e-mail into the help desk.)

I just logged in, using Firefox 57.0. Both Find Shops and My Shops loaded. Have you tried using the browser's refresh or back button?
Its working fine on my end using Chrome. It did sign me out a few times over and over for no reason but other than that, the site should be up and running.
I don't use Chrome...too much of a memory/processor hog for me. I mainly use Palemoon, which is a "lite" cousin of Mozilla Firefox, and was developed by folks familiar with/connected to Firefox. Once in a blue moon, Palemoon doesn't work for one sight or another, but 95% of the time, that's the Browser I use. When it doesn't work, then I'll use Firefox. I reported 2 shops on MF tonight with no issues.
I just tried both again, and the same thing. Here is another weird thing, it let me go into "My Account" and the e-mail address was blank.....not sure why/how, but I updated that. But I am still stuck on the "loading" icon when I try to go home or search for shops.
spaz, I use Chrome exclusively. Both the home page and the search for shops loaded immediately. Are you having issues with any other websites? For some reason Yahoo mail kept giving me the message I had no Internet this morning. This was while I was visiting other websites on both my laptop and tablet using the same WiFi.

No other internet problems. I can even see my existing shops and was able to report my shops yesterday (Market Force). I tried on my phone and another computer, same issue. Still no response from the help desk.
I sent another e-mail to the Help Desk yesterday and received a reply today. My account was temporarily deactivated, because an e-mail they sent me was returned to them and reported as "spam". I am not sure how that happened, but they reactivated my account today. I did not report any of their e-mails as spam and I have been receiving their e-mails for years.

I have an AOL account and have been using it for 20+ years....maybe I should switch Market Force to a Gmail account?

The same thing happened to me a year or so ago. A kind member alerted me to the possibility and it turned out to be true.

Glad you are back!
