Customer Service Profiles

I got an email from Kate at Summit Scheduling to do a shop with this company. I have never heard of them and the shop is at a bank where I'm already a customer. Does anyone know anything about this MSC? I can't find any current information on this forum so I thought I better ask.

What's done is done. An egg cracked cannot be cured.
There are 3 kinds of lies. Lies, Damn lies, and statistics.

You can trust Kate at Summit Scheduling. Customer Service Profiles has a legitimate-looking website and claims membership with the BBB. Otherwise, I don't know anything about them.

Hi! It’s completely legitimate. CSP has been around for a while. I just started scheduling for them this month so I am reaching out to shoppers in those areas. If you are concerned though, feel free to reach out to Judith@summitscheduling.com.

Thanks krattner, and MF Johston, I will!!! I'm just a little leery when it's a company I've never heard of before and nothing recent on here either. I appreciate the information.

I tried to sign up with their company and i can't seem the find the right place. Do I need to e-mail Juith and she can help me in the right direction?
