Thank you for the information. I have not worked with FB+ in a while and was trying to access my old account. This thread answers why I can't login. The website is still up, [www.feedbackplus.com]. However, when you click on the shopper login you get a dead page (shop.feedbackplus.com).

It's too bad because I did a lot of shops for FB+ years ago. They were fun shops, the reports weren't difficult and they had a fast pay turnaround. Oh well such is life.

Feedback Plus was a terrific company. Disparaging statements were posted and left on the web site:

The statement was beyond the pale. Unnecessary and unprofessional and it does nothing to prove the point he was allegedly trying to make. I need to save that link. It could come in handy on this forum.

I shopped for them back when I shopped in 2012 - 2015. Their forms required constant and immediate revision and it took a minimum of 2 months to receive payment sometimes 3 and this was consistent for the four or five shops I did with them - once I even had to email and request payment because after 12 weeks I still had not received pay! This was because the employee denied doing what I reported in my review and they tried to verfy, but the person left the company yadayadayada. Were you more recent than that? I too took time away, to focus on my career, but am interested in summer work (I'm a teacher) and looked to go back and noticed the site was down. Sentry I also worked with and they were somewhat easier to work with being a per diem sub with unpredictable schedule and last minute changes / cancellations and a tutor with clients needing immense flexibility too.

Although, as has been stated, Feedback+ was purchased by Sentry and no longer exists, I decided to type my two cents worth.

My experience with Feedback was 180 degrees out of phase with Teachneemore. The report was the epitome of ease, the company a definite pleasure with whom to be associated and the pay arrived pronto. I, for one, was quite disappointed in their assimilation into Sentry.

It's been a while but I remember being sad when they were gobbled up. I love working for the smaller and many times more local companies. They are generally not only generous but very approachable. Often you have a direct link to the owner/manager. They also had some more unique shops that were at one off places or very small local chains that are difficult to find at the massive msc. My memories of Feedback Plus are all positive.

Maybe it's because they aren't local to me??? FB+ was one of the two companies I had the worst experiences with, but since I'd been seeing good reviews, I thought maybe things changed, but there is nothing to go back to and it seems perhaps I was singled out being a newbie and an extreme part timer in a low demand area. I had to revise each report a minimum of twice (usually within minutes of arriving home from work or rushing to squeeze it in between jobs) and they all required very specifically detailed narratives often including answers to questions not explicitly asked yet I somehow should have anticipated. There were only maybe four brands available in my area so I would wait the required number of days to repeat a shop and be shopping while still awaiting the previous shop's payment.
