Gap Busters pay ?

Well, they suggested PayPal when I contacted them about the first payment being late. I assumed that meant you got it faster but my assumption appears to be wrong.

I also switched to Paypal after my last payment was so late. I was led to believe Paypal would be faster. Hard to know what to believe now.

My payment status also says "paid" and that was after receiving an email stating payment would be made on Apr. 11. No payment into my Paypal account yet. Time to send another email AND "enquiry". Awful customer service.

How much money is your payment ?

I'm thinking...maybe they only pay for small amount ?!
Mine still says “processing” even though they also told me it would be paid on the 11th. Mine should be PayPal and it is $50.

I called twice the first time it was late in February and it was about $50 for the calls. Worth it IMHO for that amount.

I may have to call also but I’ll try using Skype. I think it’s less than 10 cents a minute. Have to watch the time difference to Asia as well.

Yes, i'm using skype to call too. Rate: $ 0.097 a minutes

Have you called them yet? What was there reply.
They answered my latest enquiry submitted this AM with the fol:

“We are sorry for the delay. I have checked with Finance regarding this, we are facing a bit of issue with PayPal. You will get pay for the assignment, please give me 3 working days to follow up with the finance department.

Again I am sorry regarding the delay. I will do my best to get this solved as quickly as possible.”

Well at least they replied and are working on it. I have no doubt I will be paid but they should recognize they have an ongoing problem.

It's a long story. I've sent several emails to my scheduler but no reponse :|
Think i have to make another call for them tomorrow...
I see some really nice offers from this company, but reading about the pain in getting paid, I'm not so sure I want to risk it. The offers are 2x to 3x that of other companies, but it's worthless if you don't get paid. Thinking maybe I should just do one shop and not do another until I'm paid.
My scheduler told me that my payment is waiting to approve and will be paid next wave payment

Well.. It's kinda weird since it's still waiting for " approve " while I already done it long time ago.
Still have not received payment for Feb, sent another enquiry today and got the fol response:

“The payment have been transfered from GBW today. It will be in your account within 3 working days.”

However when I go to payments it still shows “processing”.

WTF, its 24th and you haven't got paid yet ?!!

And yes, I think it supposed to show as PAID if they really transfered your money.

Thank you all for your input. I did shops for them last year and was paid, but I am def not doing anything until you all get your payments. Thanks again for the heads up and best of luck.

This is for Feb Shops that are way overdue to be paid and response to a 2nd enquiry about them. I just want my money so I can be done with this company.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
I received the same canned response...23rd-25th April...for payment to be received. We'll see. That response was in response to my 3rd "enquiry". Sheeesh. .
My last shop was rejected for a conflicting response. How could I answer this. F them and the horse they rode in on.

a) The associate did not ask me questions to determine my b) I did not feel that the associate asked enough questions in requirements order to understand what I needed c) Although the associate asked me questions, I did not feel they were the right ones to best understand my requirements d) The associate seemed more intent on jumping straight needs to recommendations than understanding my specific needs.
