Sentry denied two reports because I used the words "patio heater" instead of "outdoor heater."

I hadn't heard that, honey causes inflammation? I haven't had a problem, but use only 2 tsp, per evening.
Everyone has inflammation, many foods cause it...how did you know it was honey?

It is a trigger for me. Remember, inflammation is related to the carbs in your bloodstream. Certain sugars (like honey) cause me to feel pain from inflammation within 20 minutes. If I eat a few slices of pizza (a large sub or burger with bread), it takes about 24 hours to hit me. With most candy it hits me within 12 hours. Rice is another trigger for me, can hit me within an hour. My primary trigger area is my right shoulder, radiating out from there. That is why I limit the processed carbs and high starch carbs I eat when on an assignment.

Turmeric is really heart healthy and reduces inflammation. My Dr's newsletter just addressed the benefits of both garlic and turmeric for heart health since they're all the rage right now...good for you both in their natural forms and as supplements.
