I read the bankruptcy petition filed with the court. Seems the debtor, let's just call it NSS for short, is telling the court they only have about $37k ($37,714.68) in assets to pay over $500k ($528,669.78) in liabilities. On the surface, this defiantly looks like pennies on the dollar, if you get anything at all. Of course, the case has only just started and was only filed about 2 weeks ago. Should be interesting to see how this plays out.
