EPMS vs Grace Hill/The Training Factor

For those who have done both, how do the reports compare?

I've done EPMS and I agree that their reports are annoying and repetitive. I'm considering taking something from Grace Hill/The Training Factor. What would I be in for?

The reports for Grace Hill are a little shorter... I prefer the EPMS interface... Grace Hill has some guidelines for what to do when you can't reach a target that are more shopper-friendly... EPMS tends to pay a little more and definitely pays more quickly.

Both are fine companies.

To me the reports are equal. Grace Hill is easier to work with because they are readily available with any issues that arise.

Grace Hill's reports are far easier than EPMS, and less redundant. Plus, you'll never see stupid questions such as "What was the agent's eye color" on a video shop.

Not really knocking EPMS completely. They are a good MSC to shop for, especially for the beginning video shopper. Their reports just haven't changed, whether its for a $25 non-video shop, to a $100 video shop that's heavily bonused.

Both MSCs pay within a 30-day period. Nice folks at both companies. I do miss Robert A when he was with EPMS.
I shop for both and report-wise, although they are a bit different, neither is more difficult or time consuming than the other. After you’ve done enough, the reports stop seeming difficult.
For Grace Hill, I enter my shops on my computer. I don’t like using GigSpot or Talon to enter shops.
To me the reports are awfully close regardless. Add to that I abhor the way Shopmetrics doesn't let you move around without those damn popup boxes.

That’s why I prefer to use the online interface on my computer. The report is just one page and you can scroll through, do all the checkboxes then enter the open-ends in whatever order. Plus I type better on a keyboardsmiling smiley
Then tell me your secret because I always enter reports with narrative on my laptop.

I use my laptop to enter such reports as well and I also despise those pop-ups on the Grace Hill site.

I thought you were referring to how the mobile version only gives you one question per screen.

Are you using Windows? The pop-up should have a checkbox that says something like "prevent this page from creating more dialogues". Or something like that. Just check the box next time you get the pop-up. The text boxes still get a red border, but you can go to the next question. I use Firefox on a Windows PC. I imagine Mac would be similar. If that doesn't get rid of the pop-ups, I don't know.
I'm on Windows. Right now I can't recall seeing the option. I normally will check those when available.

That’s all I did. Does make it a whole lot easier. It may be different on another browser.
