I did a shop for them. The fee was $5 and the reimbursement was $11. I received the fee by PayPal yesterday, but not the reimbursement. This was my first time doing a restaurant shop for them. How long do they take to reimburse you?

I have shopped for CSE for years, I have never gotten separate pay for their shops. Contact your scheduler and check your log. The jobs are itemized by each shop, but the reimbursement and fee is paid together. Did you send in your receipt?

I received an email from them. There was a mistake on their end, and the reimbursements did not go out to shoppers. We will be paid on the next pay cycle.

I have had separate PayPal transactions parking/toll reimbursement separate from the fee, I believe. I’d have to take a second look though.
