Sassie Platform down?

Trying to input few reports ....all which failed since I cannot log on to any of my shopper accounts using the Sassie platform. Anyone else experiencing this problem tonight?

I've been trying for over an hour. The status page (http://status.sassieshop.com/) says "SYSTEMS CURRENTLY FUNCTIONING NORMALLY" but clearly they are not.
For future reference, SASSIE, goes down for regularly scheduled maintenance the 2nd and 3rd Saturday of each month between 9 pm and 11 pm EST. Sometimes it comes back up a little earlier, but it's safer to plan on it being down for that entire time.

That's helpful knowledge. I would suggest that the status page reflect that as well as having the support team aware of it.
Hi, fuzzymo. That's a great suggestion. I do not work for SurfMerchants, the company that owns and runs the SASSIE reporting platform (I just work for a company that uses it). However, Shoppers' View does post a reminder about the platform going down every month on our Facebook page. smiling smiley

Oh, I hear ya. I was working on editing last night when it went down, and I knew it was coming! I post the reminders! It just slipped my mind. :/

I'm trying to upload a receipt and nothing happens when I click to add it to the upload queue. Is anyone else having trouble tonight with a sassie page?
