Reschuduling jobs on the new Marketforce web page

I needed to reschedule a shop with Marketforce and could not find any link to take me to the reschedule dates. It used to be very easy to find on the old system but I couldn't[t find it at all. Can anyone give me some pointers on this?

Go to "my shops" and "assignment details" and you will find the "reschedule" button if the shop has reschedule dates available.

I just tried it by following your instructions and all it said was "Cancel Assignment". I guess that means there are no other dates to reschedule it. What a bummer!! Thanks for the help.

That’s correct. If it only shows the cancel button, there are no dates available to reschedule.

It will also only say cancel if you already rescheduled once.

I have been able to reschedule twice when there are dates available.

The shop was still on my page today and it had the reschedule and cancel button below it. The reschedule button was not there last night when I tried. Anyway, I hit the reschedule button and it had one date on it so I took it. Long story short, I was able to reschedule the shop.

For your second "reschedule" you have to email the helpdesk. (I usually have a semi legit reason, weather, illness, etc). Nine out of ten times they are able to reschedule a shop.
