SQM Payments

I completed a travel shop a couple weeks ago. I can no longer find the completed shops on my account and I have not received an invoice. I e-mailed the company and asked when I will receive an invoice but I haven't heard a response. I know that they send out checks at the end of the next month, but I was under the impression that half of the charge on my credit card would be reversed and that hasn't happened yet. Does anyone know how long it takes and if I should be receiving payment via my credit card or by check? Thanks!

For the airline shops, I had 50% of the charge reversed on my credit card 14 days after the shop.
Yeah, its usually 14 days after the shop is completed, the 50% of what your travel expense was will be refunded back to your ccard. No checks will be sent out.
