Which MSC's do you find to be shopper friendly in the sense of easy to contact a human being and helpful to work with when a shop goes awry?

Put me down personally for Data Quest on this one! I botched part of a shop once by having two strong gin and tonics and didn't get my last timings due to this and they were not only understanding but great to work with about this. Gotta say I love getting their emails about available shops after this........(this was a bar audit shop I refer to)

Currently, Business Observations is at the top of my list. My scheduler (Holly) is awesome and VERY responsive. One time I had a video malfunction (totally my fault) and they worked with me very quickly to piece the video back together and get the shop approved.

I have always had great luck in reaching a live human with Maritz.

Are we sure there alive?

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
Clear Evaluations, Servimer and Informa, All are super supportive of shoppers needing help or guidance.

Based in MD, near DC
Shopping from the Carolinas to New York
Have video cam; will travel

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.

Maritz is the best, but the OP has to initiate the call (an email won't usually get a quick response, if at all). Mercantile systems is good, too.
Mercantile has always been #1, however my scheduler no longer schedules my favorite restaurant, and I no longer am getting them. I wrote her and she wrote back immediately saying "You know I adore you", but Chelsey is now scheduling them, I'll write her and tell her to schedule you. Won't get better than that!!! I have recently changed Trend Source from #2 to not being on my list....yes things have changed with me. Will fill in when I know my favorites.

Live consciously....

Just a friendly reminder to not mention the MSC and the client together. It's usually a violation of the IC agreement with the MSC. One or the other is fine as long as the MSC and the client are not linked together.
I'm sure there are plenty and have had success reaching a human at QUALITY SERVICE CONTROL.
CEE (Customer Experience Experts, which used to be Draude). They actually call on the phone when they need you to do a shop and actually pick up the phone when you call back or when you have a question about something. They respond to e-mails pretty quickly, too. I think Summit is the scheduling company, but the schedulers who work regularly for them are great. The owner will e-mail once in awhile just to say, "Good job on your report; thank you!" I just wish they had more shops in my area.

I learn something new every day, but not everyday!
I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.
Amusement Advantage picks up the phone even on a weekend night. You can always get someone 24/7.
