MeasureCP - Sassie site down, no response about completed shop

I did a tax shop for Measure last Wednesday (2/28), which required me to put over $500 of my own money down in tax prep fees. I submitted the shop same-day, and it went into the 'received' status for a few days. I just went to check again and the Sassie Site is down and I have no indication as to if the shop has been accepted or even looked at.

Has anyone else experienced the same thing for their February/March shops? Have you been paid for the shops done earlier this year?

I was just able to log into MCP's site just fine. I didn't go through Sassie, I went right to their site. Try that. But in my past experience, when a shop says "received" that means an editor has it. If it has been accepted, you will see comments from the editor and your rating when you click on the shop.
@a171989 are you using mcpfieldagents.com? It's not working for me on either computer.
Why did you come out of pocket for the tax fees? For my shop, I had to have the fees taken out of my refund. Contact Lori at Kern Scheduling. She may be able to help.

@HonnyBrown the fees are coming out of my refund, but I meant that it would be a $550 loss if not reimbursed (as I could have just done my own taxes). What's weird is that even though the Sassie site where I submitted my report (mcpfieldagents.com) is down for me completely, the shopmetics site (https://www.measurecp.net/) is up and running, with its own tax shops listed. I wonder if there is a possibility that mcpfieldagents.com, and the shops on it were not legit.
aksmile, I see. I did the shop a few weeks ago. There were some major issues with their reporting platform. They reached out to shoppers about a week later and asked us to resubmit the documents. Maybe it's not fixed yet.

Did you apply though Kern or directly through the website?

@HonnyBrown Directly through the Sassie site. No accepted email when the shop was assigned or email reminder the day before as sassie usually does. I just checked the website the day after requesting, and the shop was in my account. It seemed to go through, but now the sassie site is down completely. I called MCP yesterday and today- both times they just took down my information and said they will call me back. They haven't. I worry that even if an editor had requested the documents to be resent through Sassie, I would not have received the email, as I did not get any communication about it. Honestly, I don't even know who my scheduler was for the shop.
me, too. Which site is the correct login for Measure CP anyway ? I sent scheduler a message and so far no reply...7 days now
Try rebecca@measurecp.com . She sent out the email when the reporting website was acting janky. Even though you did not apply through the Kern, try reaching out to her. She is scheduling for the tax shops. She is very helpful.
